It can't hurt. I think it's better for all of us to be sharing what we know to begin with, reluctance or not. [ though... ] Dahut and I were kind of talking about this. How it's a lot of work to go through this for people. I don't want to think that there're people who're reluctant still, but maybe there are. If they didn't anticipate what this place really would be like.

We can't guarantee honesty or sincerity in answers, and not everyone talks to each other. There's no straightforward way to disseminate information unless we get everyone to gather or put up a notice everyone can see.

[ sometimes you are stupid. if that suits her, then it suits him. he likes her a lot and he does value what she says and he would rather not jeopardize it. it's also why he remembers everything she says, knowing her words are deliberately chosen. ]

Doing what's right and pursuing the truth was our whole goal back then. And I don't think I can go backwards now. But what's "right" might not be the same as what other people think, and I know that.

I'm not trying to instigate a debate on morality. [ it's not something that matters to her as much as others. it's more that she's trying to see what lines he's going to draw since he's a pretty good person, all things considered. ] The fog covers up truth. Finding the truth is important, but is revealing it?

[ he raises an eyebrow but he doesn't say whether she should or shouldn't debate it. instead, he settles on a shrug. ]

For us, finding and revealing the truth was what saved the world from Izanami's plan for humanity. [ so yes, important. ] ... if we had stopped before we found out the whole truth, we would've caught the wrong guy, and the real culprit would've released the Shadows into our world to erase it.

What about the general public? How much do they know about everything you've been doing?

Just us. Namatame and Adachi don't remember the exact specifics of how they got their power. We only started thinking it through because Adachi wrote Yu a letter about their powers. [ but he shakes his head. ]

The general public knows nothing about Izanami or what the actual Midnight Channel is. We told Yu's uncle about the TV world, but not everything else about what happened after that.

[ so yeah. just seven kids and a bear basically. and the velvet room attendants but that's a whole other issue. ]
